Commissioner Bob Solari has an undergraduate degree in philosophy, a law degree from the Fordham University School of Law and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has served on the City of Vero Beach City Council and as a County Commissioner in Indian River County, where he is currently serving his third term.
Commissioner Solari believes that an understanding of the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution is crucial if democracy is to flourish in America, that the Rule of Law is necessary to avoid tyranny and that freedom is always in danger of being lost.
The only other personal note of import about Commissioner Solari is that he has been happily married to his wonderful wife Jackie for thirty years.
